Communities & businesses

Every property is quoted on its own, with scheduled service built around your common areas.

Every plan includes: weekly scooping of the agreed yard areas, waste bagged into your own trash bin, a gate check every visit, a photo text after every visit, a set weekly time window, and a free return if we miss a pile.
First cleanup free. Sign up for weekly service and there’s no initial-cleanup fee. If your yard has heavy buildup, we may ask for photos or quote it first. We’ll always tell you before any work or charge.
No contracts. Cancel anytime with 24 hours’ notice before your next visit. No cancellation fee.
Billing. Billed monthly by card on file. The price is the same whether a month has 4 or 5 service days.
Deodorizing: add-on coming soon. Ask us.
