Quick answers about our weekly pooper scooper service in Las Vegas.
How much does Woofy Waste cost?
Weekly dog poop pickup is $99/month for 1 dog, $109/month for 2 dogs, and $119/month for 3 dogs. For 4 or more dogs, send us yard photos and we’ll quote it. The price is the same whether a month has 4 or 5 service days.
Is the first cleanup really free?
Yes. When you sign up for recurring weekly service, your first cleanup has no initial-cleanup fee. If your yard has heavy buildup, we may ask for photos or quote it before we start, and we’ll always tell you before any work or charge.
Do I need to be home for my cleanup?
No. You get the same weekday and a set time window every week. Leave the gate unlocked on your service day or give us your gate code; we keep codes private and use them only for your service.
What do you do with the dog waste?
We bag it and put it in your outdoor trash bin. If the bin is full or we can’t reach it, we double-bag the waste, leave it beside the bin, and text you.
How do I know you came?
We text you a photo after every visit, and we check and latch your gate before we leave.
Can my dog stay outside while you work?
Yes, if your dog is friendly. Tell us at signup if your dog is nervous, reactive, or likes to escape. Dogs that might be aggressive need to be inside during your time window; if a dog is out and it isn’t safe, we leave without scooping and text you.
What if you miss a pile?
We come back for free. Text us a photo within 24 hours of your visit and we’ll return within 2 business days.
What happens if my gate is locked?
We text you right away and wait about 10 minutes. If we still can’t get in, that visit counts as done, and we clear everything on your next visit at no extra charge.
Do you work in bad weather and on holidays?
Yes, we work through normal Las Vegas heat and wind. If severe weather makes a visit unsafe, we make it up within 2 business days or credit you. If your day lands on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, we come the next business day, never for an extra charge.
Is there a contract, and how do I pause or cancel?
No. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee. Text or email us at least 24 hours before your next visit to cancel, or to pause for 1 to 8 weeks; paused visits are credited.
Do you work with HOAs, apartment communities, and businesses?
Yes. We offer scheduled dog waste pickup for HOA common areas, apartment and condo communities, pet areas, and dog-friendly businesses, with a photo report after every visit. Every property gets a custom quote. Text 702-527-2408 or request a quote online.
